This project proposes to make solar panels more efficient. The sun is tracked with the help of LDR and the solar panel is rotated or oriented accordingly.

  • MS13 TV remote controlled smart LED lighting for home.

We propose to build a RGB based lighting system for house, the colors and intensity can be controlled by a simple TV remote. This saves power because LEDs are power efficient alternative and also providing a good ambience.

We propose to incorporate a safe distance limit for vehicles moving on the road. We measure the distance of the approaching vehicle with the help of Ultrasonic sensor and intimate the driver with Led Indication and buzzer.

  • SM01 Public Ration distribution and record maintenance using smartcard.

This project aims to bring transparency to the Public distribution system (PDS). Every ration card holder is assigned with a low cast passive RFID card, whenever the ration is distributed it is automatically logged under is account. The system also aims to make provision to calculate total amount of ration distributed over time.

  • SM02 Smart Card records for criminal investigation in closed premises.

Investigation of public crime often lacks evidence from people present in the location of crime, this project aims to identify and keep the records of people attending a particular event in a closed premises.
